Along with all email meeting this policy, you can also manually mark email messages that you choose to be archived. The formula for running this policy has been created in an Archive Task that will be scheduled to run on a weekly basis. Step 1 Vanderbilt has put a policy in place to archive all email stored in your mailbox that is 180 days old, and all mail stored in your Sent Items folder that is 90 days old. Any email you have stored in Personal Folders WILL NOT BE AFFECTED! It is important to note that all of the procedures and automated tasks performed on your email using this archiving tool will only be applicable to email stored in your mailbox! This tool will not make any modifications on email within Personal Folders. *NOTE: If you have not already done so, please install the EAS client.
